Don't really know. If your parents owed money to your sibling, and your sibling has a note secured by deed of trust that wasn't fraudulently obtained, and if the note is in default, then it's legal for the sibling to foreclose on the property.
You should resubmit this with more details, such as who was the lender (your sibling, a bank, etc.) and how the mortgage was defaulted on.
