Please accept my condolences for your loss
I suggest you ask your local senior citizens center if they have a legal referral panel. I know that some have a panel that focus on the needs of seniors who are in financial need. If there is no such center in your area, you may wish to call centers located elsewhere and see if they can be of assistance.
Best of luck to you.
That's BS! You're the wife and are entitled to get the records. Maybe they are concerned what you might find!
