Lawsuit against L. A. Co. Adult Protective Services
Can I file a lawsuit against the Los Angeles County Adult Protective Serves for Neglect, Failure to conduct a complete and thorough Investigation of allegations of abuse reported, and for filing an incomplete report to the Courts causing a defamation of character when my allegation of abuse became evident and were indeed true?

Social workers can be sued in some circumstances for negligence and/or violation of civil rights, these types of cases require specialized knowledge and experience, and I have a track record in successfully handling cases against L.A.
