Legal Question in Elder Law in California

I live with my fiance in the upstairs of my elder mothers house..shes 83, my brothers room is next to hers and our roommates next to his..we are upstairs, me my fiance and my four kids two adults two kids..my dad passed and before he did 3 yrs ago remodeled and added the rooms so i can come look after my mother , who by the way has always been verbally abusive to me, and physically as well..moving up stairs I never thought she'd be the same..but she has bi polar and she is depressed cause my dad passed..i do everything i can for her i am a disabled adult on soc sec..my older daughter just moved to ny c and was paying most of the house payment..my mothers son is 54 he works and doesnt have to pay at all ever..so she takes all the bills and puts them under my nose..and expects us to pay everything up here..my other daughter is moving out now too she was paying quite a bit for yrs too but lost her job..my son 28 is applying for disability anxiety runs in our family...my mother keeps coming up the stairs yelling and screaming at us all and calling us horrible names..the famous one for me is son of a bitch bastard..I overheard her tell my brother that she cant stand my guts and i am a s.of ab. bastard and i gave her trouble since i was born, and i do the house, the gardening, the errands, the cooking, the laundry, and i am disabled..so now i quite i moved upstairs and thats when the attacks are worse..now my daughter is moving to ny with the other daughter, and my fiance has diabetes finally under control with insulin and his job ends in a month..so we called police out when she came up yelling and told them we just want peace, and lock the downstairs doors and they said its her house if you dont like it move out..well ya that would be nice but not til i can save some disability moneys in the meantime her dr ordered a nurse to access her and social worker, and they say she knows exactly what she is doing and saying, but she must forget somehow she told her dr, which is my dr, the nurse, and the social worker that I push her around..now another social worker came out yesterday and she said the same and the social worker wanted to come up and talk to me and tell me to stop and leave, and told he rto give us 30 days notice and she said well i want her kids to move out but if evict them, she will move too..so she wants my kids to move..and me to stay and take the lies..oh by the way, i'm innocent..never ever touched her, never ever called her a name..so now what do i do?? save my disability and move??? do I have time, rights? any say in my side? i cant believe this..
