Legal Question in Elder Law in California
I have medical power of attorney of my mother who is 80 years old and has alzhimers.I have a sibling who thinks our mother can not make any kind of a decision for her self and she can. Sibling thinks she can move our mother into her home and try putting her in day care while she works.Our mother does not want this and sibling does not want to listen. What can i do about this situation.I also am her care giver have been for last 4 years

You might wish to petition the court in your locale to be appointed as her conservator. Then you will have court supervision.
