Legal Question in Elder Law in California
My mother in law has medi-cal. She has a special needs irrevocable trust fund in her name but I am the trustee. Does she need to report this to medi-cal.

You should probably ask the attorney who prepared the trust and who is aware of its provisions. If a Medi-Cal applicant is a trust beneficiary, then the trust should be disclosed to Medi-Cal by the applicant.
