do i have a right to see my mothers trust,that my brother had changed?

Technically, your brother can't change your mother's trust. Your mother could change it, perhaps at your brother's urging or insistence. If you are a beneficiary under the trust, upon your mother's passing, you have a right to see that portion of the trust that applies to you.
