Legal Question in Elder Law in California
Purchased the Durable Power of Attorney, but language says "Agent" can two people be on a durable power of attorney for a parent?

To answer your question generally, though, yes, more than one person can hold a power of attorney for any one person, but it is usually a very bad idea unless each is given limited specified and different powers from the other. Otherwise each has full power to act which creates a huge mess if they disagree.
