Legal Question in Elder Law in California
Can I pursue legal action against my uncle for elder abuse if my grandfather died? He made a police report before he died, I just want to follow up with it and see that he (my uncle) gets what he deserves from the estate; to see me put him behind bars."

You can follow up with the police and district attorney and see if they'll pursue a criminal action, and you may he able to pursue a civil lawsuit against him as well for financial or physical elder abuse.
