I recently was given a grant deed and quitclaim deed by an elderly couple whom which I HAVE KNOWN FOR 8YRS + they put my name on all of there accounts bank the wife passed away in may 2001 and this was all done because she was recently dionosed with cancer and she wanted her husband to be protected there was a will made in 99 giving me everything but it was revised before the wife died and the property was put in my name before she died now iam being investigated for elder abuse i took out with premission by the husband 10,300.00 and put into a CD the husband forgot well you know the rest i want to know if the property can be taken away from me . the husband wants me to have it help please
