Legal Question in Elder Law in California
recorded phone conversations used as evidence , implicate
phoned at work to my suprised female cop asking the ATM cards of mother. 3 occasions phoned by the same cop in very inmtimidating and harrasing tone.
i became an elderly theft and said that i implicate myself on recorded phoned investigations which i have no knowledge.
DA have said these to me ----
and instantly was convicted of felony which ruined my whole life.
recorded phoned conversation admissable in court?
