Legal Question in Elder Law in California
I need help removing two people from the home of my Father. we have done everthing we can and are at a loss please help.

The first issue is whether or not you have the legal authority to act on your father's behalf. If you are not his agent under a Durable Power of Attorney and you are not the conservator of his estate, then you can't act on his behalf to evict someone from his home that you don't want living there any longer. Here, it's apparent that your father is either incapacitated or he likes the people living in his home, even if they are manipulating him some how.
If you feel your father is in a dangerous situation, then call Adult Protective Services.
