Legal Question in Elder Law in California
A Senior Citizen ("Senior") purchased a meal at a restaurant, that offers senior citizen discounts ("Discount") and the Restaurant refused to give the Discount to this particular Senior, yet they gave other seniors their discount.....QUESTION: Does Senior have legal/legitimate grounds to sue the restaurant for: 1.) Unfair Business Practices/B & P 17200 et seq. ("U.C.L.") ; 2.) Price Discrimination; 3.) Unruh Civil Rights Act; ; 4.) Elder Financial Abuse; 5.) I.I.E.D.

You need to be a bit more informative in your question. Why was the senior citizen denied the senior discount?
