The short answer is yes. Have you talked with Adult Protective Services about this situation? Is she paying rent? If so, then certain eviction procedures need to be followed. Has she lived there more than 1 year? Why does your mother allow her to live in the home? Was/Is she allegedly providing caregiver services?
Again, talk to Adult Protective Services and then meet with a lawyer to review the facts in greater detail.
