Legal Question in Elder Law in California
The signature page of my parents last written amendment seems to have mysterious disappeared. It divided everything equally between my brother and children. I live out of state, My brother suddenly became the trustees and inherited everything. I believe it was notaries and then hidden.
Questions: I have the names of all the notaries on the other amendments. I want to request a search for production of notarize signed documents during the date range this amendment was probably signed. I live out of state.
Any help or guidance will be appreciated

You need to hire a lawyer to contest the will.
