Legal Question in Elder Law in California

Sister

I am my fathers conservator,I also have an lawyer who helped me with the conservatorship. My father has dementia and my sister took adtvanage of this before the conservatorship was granted. She had him sign a house over to her.My lawyer says it could take up to $20k to get the house back in his name.He is going to run low on funds before too long and is there any other options. The judge also stated he would leave the case open on my sisters behavior. My sister has not visited her father since getting what she wanted.I have asked her to put my name on housealong with hers so I can borrow agaisnt it to take of my father,as he lives at home with 24/7 care.He also has a will that states all assets will be divided 50/50 between my sister and I.I will not put my father in a home as it would destry him at this point.

sincerely,

upset
