Legal Question in Elder Law in California
Successor/Co-successor relinquish responsibilities to me
My mother died last year. She had my aunt and uncle listed on living trust as executors. Both have given me the responsibility to execute the trust since I have and continue to pay on her taxes, bills, etc. Is there a document they need to fill out so that I can continue to record documents and act as succesor trustee?

You should consider sending out a notice of adminstration pursuant to Probate Code 16061.7. You might want to see a probate attorney to help you with these matters.
