Legal Question in Elder Law in California
can i sue some one that my mom who is 75 years old gave permission to a family friend to use her atm but he illegally was taking money from the atm machine for his personal use the last time he used it was on march of 2015 i live in california

No. You cannot sue on behalf of any other person if you are not an attorney. You should contact the adult protective services department in your county and/or the Elder Abuse division of your county district attorney's office. They will help you prosecute and/or recover the money from the person.
