Legal Question in Entertainment Law in California

My act is being billed at a venue I never approved of

I'm a performing artist. I ran an internet search of my name and found that a restaurant in California is using my name and likeness, claiming that I will be performing there. I didn't even know about this until the internet search. I live in Maryland. Do I have legal options? Can I sue for damages?
