Actor contracts

What sort of contracts are needed to ensure my safety if I wanted to start my own adult entertainment video company? And, where might I find such contracts in the easiest way? I have many ideas for videos in the adult entertainment industry, and I'm sure I could find interesed girls, but I want to make sure they sign the necessary documents to I don't get accused of anything illegal.
