Legal Question in Entertainment Law in California

Adult Industry

I am in the process of starting my own adult company making amatuer independant adult films and photographs. I want to be sure I am aware of all requirments that must be met to keep my company completely legal in regard to the content, access, and models. Any information relevent to this topic would be greatly appreciatted.

You don't need some generic advice, you need a lawyer. I've incorporated two producers in the adult film industry and drafted licensing deals for both. Email me if you'd like to consult further.
