Legal Question in Entertainment Law in California

I'm looking for an "attachment agreement" contract with an established producer who's given me the opportunity to "raise funds", Before I do anything I'd like to have a contract signed between the two of us. Would a "Finders Agreement" suffice?

It depends on what arrangement you have with the producer, but a basic Finder's Agreement doesn't seem to fit. You want him to at least somewhat commit to the project, not just get a fee if his name brings in money, correct?
