DVD Internet reproduction

hi, my husband and I came across a website that allows you to burn movies that have bween released in countries other than the US; if we pay thier fee and become a member to burn these movies, are we breaking any laws?

Yes. What you're talking about is illegal in almost every country in the world. It's called Piracy. (copyright infringement).
