Escort Service

If I drive as a private contractor for an escort service, which claims they are entirely legal, and a girl who supposedly claims that she does not intend to have sex for money, does have sex for money, in the event she is caught or busted or whatever, what becomes of me if I didn't know was under the impression that the business was legal?
