Please understand that a high school athletic team isn't owned by an individual as a professional team or college team is, unless it is a private school. And then, the only rights you would obtain would be the rights to use the logo, team name, and the like. Each individual player has the right to agree to participate or not and the school would never have the right to bargain on their behalf. In professional sports (and sometimes college sports) the players are under contract and so are "owned" by the team's owner, which gives that person the right to obligate the players (and pays handsomely for this right!).
