Filming outdoor sex acts
Do I need permission from the people I film engaging in outdoor sex in a public place if I plan to use the film in an entertainment type internet business?

You would need them to sign a release.

Not as simple. The case of Tyne v. Warner Brothers, incolving the film "The Perfect Storm" may set the other's answers on their ears. Are you using these people's images to sell a product? What state is this in? You need to review the rights of publicity for that state. However, their rights are balanced against your first amendment rights so it's more complex than get a release.
