Re: group contract
It is a good idea to have a contract among the band members so as to agree on how decisions are made. I draft such contracts and can establish the band as a business entity. Review of booking and recording contracts is also recommended. Call me directly at 16192223504.

Re: group contract
What do you mean by "going to the entertainment world?" You are going out to the local 12-plex to see a movie?
I assume you mean you have some talent or creative effort you would like to bring to market. The first step is to read a good book or two on the business, for example if you are a musician or songwriter, you could read "This Business of Music." Other books are written for aspiring actors and screenwriters, in fact many colleges offer courses/degree programs. Go to your local Borders or Barnes & Noble and browse, or Google for topics such as [talent agent] or [becoming an actress].
If somebody has made you a business proposal, first ask yourself if it is too good to be true. Do not fall for scams that prey on people's desire to be famous entertainers, like paying a fee to have your book "published" or your child's photo "submitted to casting agents."
The State of California licenses talent agents (and, of course, attorneys). Real agents are hard to obtain, unless there is already somebody who wants to hire you. You should thoroughly check out anybody who wants to be your manager or agent. Get references. Don't sign anything until you have an attorney look at it, no matter what you are promised.
