It would be worth it to ask a transactional attorney draft a contract for you as employment issues can be very tricky and detailed. You will save yourself a lot of money in the long run if you work with an attorney to get it right in the first place. If you would like us to review your contract needs and provide you with our cost, feel free to contact me.

Better to get attorney drafted form as it will stand by you, when there is trouble.
