I have a legal talent management agreement. I need help with the end, which is the duration of the contract. I have that it will be for 2 consecutive years. I want to add that we will resign every two years after that if all parties agree. I need legal verbage..

I do not think any of us want to take the risk of suggesting language for a contract that we have not seen. That you feel confident enough to prepare the rest of the contract but are stuck on a relatively simple part suggests that there is something more involved.Why can you just not say that the contract runs for two years from X date and 30 days before it terminates it can be renewed under the same terms or mutually agreed to terms if all parties involved agree in writing by signing a new contract?
