Legal Question in Entertainment Law in California

I'm making a music video intended for use on the internet and perhaps television. One of the locations has posters of various artists in the background. Can I use the location even though you will be able to see other artists posters in the background?

Nope. You've got to get clearance from the rights-holders for each poster, AND the artists portrayed there.
