Mr. A owns the rights to a screenplay and he wants to sign the rights over Mr. B with financial terms attached to the assignment of rights. Does Mr. B have to sign his acceptance of the deal? Is the assignemnt legal without Mr. B's signature?

A & B need to be sign and there must not be any coercion. Good luck!

B's signature may not be technically required for the assignment portion but it could be a requirement to enforce the financial terms...it's impossible to be definite without knowing the details and reviewing the document.
