Name for a music group

Im starting a music group. I want to call my group Fox Force 5. In the movie Pulp Fiction the writer made up a group called Fox Force 5 and I want to bring this to life. I want to know if I need to get the rights from whoever owns the movie rights, writing rights, etc. I also want to know if the name is ''common law'' protected because it is a work of art (the movie) where the name came from? Thank You
