What is the diffrence between a Virtual Service and a Virtual Good im talking about a online mmorpg game one of my friends account was banned because he violated the service agreement but the terms of use said that he would be banned if he took legal action against the k2 network about virtual good'sknightonlineworld
terms_of_use.
im just wondering if buying a subscription to the game be considered a virtual good or a virtual service if it is a virtual service then my friend should get his account back

Your question is not clear, but it is safe to assume that the online company will probably get to pick what they want to call their game. Your friend can contact us if they want us to provide a legal opinion on this and possilby deal with the online company.
