You should be aware that there are government agencies that regulate cable service, and that is where you should be directing your complaints. They can force the company to issue a refund or provide you with the service you're paying for. The name and address of the regulating agency should be on your cable contract or the bills you receive--they are required by law to give you this information.

If you were fired for exercising your right as a consumer to complain about lack of service (which is separate from your employment with the company), then you may very well have a wrongful termination complaint. Check with a qualified employment attorney who can give you specific advice about your situation.
