Percentage fee to submit script

I have written a script and would like to hire an attorney to submit. I have companies interested. Are their attorneys that would be for a percentage to submit and negotiate the deal and what would be a typical percentage

Save your money. Register your script with the Writers Guild (wga.org). Polish and refine it about a zillion times and then send it to one and only one big Hollywood agent. If this fails do the same thing with other established agents (a list of agents is at wga.org). Do not pay anybody any money upfront.
