Legal Question in Entertainment Law in California

This pertains to my MySpace account and what I believe to be enemies of mine, somehow tampering with my account. Possibly, involving someone inside MySpace as well.

1. I am aware of "Phising" This is HATE and not wanting me to get ahead by...

a) Tampering with my profile counter

b) Blocking messages

c) Blocking "friend requests" that I send

d) Deleting my "friends"

How do I know this? This morning, I searched for answers by "logging in", going to my "Home" page on MySpace, then, I went to the "DRAFTS" section below my "inbox" and clicked on "Drafts". There, one will find messages that have been saved or maybe not sent and received, with the sender's Profile pic and their name (of course) above their pic. Above my pic, the name for me was "0 Friends". In reality, I have about 12810 MySpace friends and someone does NOT want me to have anymore nor achieve anything else as a singer.

I've taken a Scree-shot of the page showing the "0 Friends" and wonder if ther is any legal action I can take. This is happening too often.

As you admit, you are an angry person with lots of enemies. This is no way to live, maybe this is something you could explore with your therapist. Also, you have a keylogger trojan on your system.
