Legal Question in Entertainment Law in California

I did not received a royalty check for used unreported book sales. My book is a print on demand book it takes 10 days to print and 3-7 days to ship. I order a new copy of this book, I received it in two days. On the back of the book it states that, it was made in the USA on December 01, 2010. I ordered this book on February 5, 2011 and I received it on February 7, 2011. According to a sales audit there are supposed to be no printed books except for 1. I received this book in two days, which means it was in stock and printed readily available. ? There not supposed to be in stock because once again, this is a print on demand book. Whenever a book is printed, that means there has been a purchase made. I'm suppose to get a royalty check for it . Could some one help me?
