Recording Contract Validity
If a singer signs a recording contract with a record company, and the record company dizzolves and is no longer operating, can the former owners/officers of the record company still reinforce the contract?

That is a good question. It is likely that the artist is free, but the answer can only be definitively determined by reviewing the contract.
