Script Option

Hello --

Is an option agreement valid if the

due consideration for the rights

granted as stipulated in the contract

was never paid even if it's just one

dollar ($1.00 usd)? The producer I

got into this deal with said a couple

of times over a six month period that

he wanted to be sure and pay me

the dollar but never did.

I wouldn't hang my hat on an unpaid $1.00.

Consider the agreement binding unless there's some more Material breach.
