Selling Ringtones Online

Hi I want to start a website where i will be selling ringtones, but dont want to get in trouble because of copyrights. What should i do?

Hi,

YOu need to get the rights. You need the license and you can generally get these via the Harry Fox Agency. You really need to employ an attorney to help you through this because you do need to pay royalties - you can't just start selling others music as a ring tone.
