Should I sign a release
Actor/vocalist in play,it became popular the co. is getting commerical on prime TV station.also they are doing DVD with my image and vocals and also CD .all of these issues are included in one release form.
If I sign for the comerical i also sign away everything.
should i get credit for someting ?Performance rights or something.I'm not the writter.
they are also taking it to the film festival in 2007.
No papers were signed at the beginning of the play,not
even work for hire.

You should try to negotiate to get yourself a better deal. Do you have an agent? legal representation? ---P
