Again, the federal courts have exclusive jurisdiction over copyright matters. You were wise to register the copyrights. Please hang up from the Internet and consult an attorney in person.

Yes. Copyright infringement is a federal court matter. If your copyright registration is solid there are less expensive methods to try before jumping to federal court (which can get very expensive). Feel free to email me additional info.
