Sole rights in a collaboration to sell a creative work
I am a song writer who recently has written a song with another writer. Since I am the primary song writer I am looking to obtain exclusive rights of the work with respect to its distribution, sell or licensing out. I accessed ''findlegalforms.com'', but it was to complicating to find exactly which form to use. Is there anyone who could assist me - It would be greatly appreciated.
