What exactly does the phrase, ''tagged party exclusivity'' mean in this clause?
Manager shall only be entitled to their Tagged Party exclusivity and Negotiation Fee if the individual contact at said organization is either directly responsible or associated by lineage for a transaction between said organization and Artist.

I'm not familiar with the term "Tagged Party" but because it is capitalized it may be defined as a term somewhere else in the agreement.
