Legal Question in Entertainment Law in California
I have a eight year old who's agent told her she can't read well. My daughter now doesn't want to represent the agency and she has an all exclusive contract. How can I break it under these circumstances?

Contracts are intended to be binding. Unless there's an 'out-clause', it will be difficult to terminate based on the facts you've stated. After I've reviewed the contract, I can give you more definite answers.
It might be easier to ask the Agent to 'release' your daughter, since the agent obviously doesn't respect the client.... maybe they'll just let you out.
The help of a qualified, and experienced entertainment lawyer is imperative in this kind of situation.
