Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a 50/50 child custody in sacramento county. she took off with the kids to Los Angeles and filed for a restraining order. she ahs restraining order on me in Sacramento which expires in a week. she didn't tell them abt our custody order here , only told them abt the restraining order. I have no contact order from LA county with my kids. I filed for temporary full custody and the judge granted me custody here. she was not suppose to remove the kids out of the county. I have to go to LA for DV restraing order hearing next week. Can I have it moved to Sacramento. she is trying to get full custody in LA because she wants to live there. Also she is illeagal in usa.

You need to immediately file a notice of related case in both cases. Then file an ex parte motion in LA to have the LA case transferred to Sacramento.
