Legal Question in Family Law in California

May 2014 court changed alimony to zero because of gavron warning, and multiple emails for ex stating she will never get a job and I will pay her for life. We were married 16 yrs and the courts changed alimony after 3 yrs. She is taking me back to court a year later to reinstate alimony. Does she have a chance and what can I do?
