Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have 3 cousins who are in foster care. The CPS will not let them see any of there family members for unknown reasons. How can i get my rights to visit them? Do they have the right to see family members? Please help me find a way to be able to see my little cousins, or possibly get gaurdianship.

You can file a guardianship petition with the court. Many bar associations sponsor with non-profits to provide assistance with preparation of the guardianship petition. If you cannot afford the filing fee you can petition the court for a waiver. CPS should tell you why they won't permit visitation. Remember that guardianship is based on the best interests of the child.
