Legal Question in Family Law in California
My ex and I have 50/50 custody of our 3 year old daughter for the past year and a half. During his custody time he has his grandmother take care of her, she hardly stays at his home or sees him, but when she does see him he seems to be mentaly abusing her. Every Friday when I pick her up she seems scared of me and my boyfriend, she says that she is scared cuz "daddy says to be scared of you". He is saying my boyfriend is going to do bad things to her so she has had a few panic attacks, and he is now brainwashing her to say that she wants to live with his grandmother more than me, I know this because the week before she told me she didn't want to go back with them. She is now getting violent and angry towards me and my family. I want more custody and to bring this all to a judges attention but I don't want to go about it the wrong way. I cannot afford a lawer. Please help!
