Legal Question in Family Law in California
I have 87% custody of my 16yrs old twins. Their father is hardly there for them. My husband pretty much raised these kids since they were 4yrs old. My family moved to another city a year ago due to job relation. One stayed with me to experience new school and the other begged to stay behind under my moms guardianship because he wants to graduate with his friends. Im having a family fued rite now w/ my mom & siblings because Im not supportive of my twins moving back to the city where we moved from. I do not agree with my family taking over guardianship because they dont even have a stable family. They cannot fight to get their kids back from past relationships let alone having my twins move in to a crowded house. I feel like they are manipulating my twins to go against me
What should I do? Are the twins old enough to make their own decisions?.

It is unclear what you are asking. If you're asking how to modify a guardianship that must be done in court. If you're asking if your twins are old enough to make their own decisions, well that is a parenting decision which if you don't know, you need parenting classes.
